what you done to the barrel? and how easy was it to remove the dash?

the 'blackbox' thing i broke tryin unplug it. i go scrapyard to get a new one, but unless i can grab a lift i got 6 miles to walk
and yeah its fairly simple, just takes abit of thought n fiddle round with wires ect... but its not too hard

well brought ignition switch from scrappy and now thats broke
i duno how it broke, all i know is that i had to force it apart to unplug it and when i fitted it, when u turn the key back u have to force it back will all your strength. soo i guess either 1 them has broke it. i ordered brand new 1 now, i wont have to unplug that, soo i can just plug that in and hope it works fine or ill be throwing some tools about

had more luck today, another ignition switch came from postman pat, fitted it to the barrel and it works well with the key unlike last 2! will just have to wait to see if it works now when i reconnect up loom. also removed last of the tar today

primerd today, finally gettin somewhere
2mra guna rub it down n go over anywhere that need more primer again. then soon in with the brocade!

i tried, but them things was tight!! ending up rounding them in the end, ill just clean them with thinners after finished painting

ahh yer, they can be putting it politely 'anoying' i had them round on my old corsa, and just got them out on this one i got now for when i fitted the heated seats,

yeah they are a right pain, bet u was glad that they came out on yours
if i need them out i think ill weld another bolt on top n try that....

i just used a screw driver or 2 to prize it out mate, can be abit tough at times thou!

used rattel cans mate, it comes out well for a rattle can, but it probs not better than spray gun, still good enough for me thou
