iv stripped it all down, and the discs look like new, and the pads are very good aswell
so iv just got to sand it down and give it a paint up, oh and cut the mounts of the astra beam and weld onto the corsa one. if i can get them off without bending them...

just looks really mate, its more 'scene' points
but if i ever get around to fitting it is something totally different
plus i might have to install a brake bias valve
into the rear brake supply because some people have talked about the rear brakes locking up, but then again some havent... so its a trial and error situation

awryt cool. ive always thought it would be cool to have rear disc conversion, people on migweb would be able to shine some light on it mate.

well, theirs like thousands if you do the search on migweb, but they all say totally different things, some say no point just put 2.0 on the front, some say iv had mine locking up, some say mine have been fine, some say i put a brake bias valve in and it doesnt lock up, some say they loose pedal feel, some say they dont. so all in all, everything you could ask to go wrong for a rear disc setup has happened, but no-one knows a cure apart from why bother, but then you loose out on the scene points at shows etc, so its like if you want to do it, do it! if not dont.

thats a really good point, but you can only try to be honest, it prob just depends on how good the conversion has been done.

what you mean my old car? my burgundy corsa? well you might have to fettle the rear arches a bit as i was running TSW black ice alloys, but apart from that they fitted ok.
