small update, can anyone tell what these are?

the element needs to be on the other side of the foam, all your doing there is heating the bottom of the foam and not the top where you want the heat, there not powerful enough to generate the heat needed to go through about 2 maybe 3 inches of foam to the top

no that is the top that fabric you see is the seat cover it just flops down onto the seat pad.

didnt look at the first pic, was reffering to the other one, looks like you put the element on the bottom

nooooo wasnt hard to strip the fabric off, iv taken the seat out and striped it down removed fabric covers, installed the base and back seat pads, and re-asembled one seat in about an hour ish, just got to find the electrics under the carpet now one of these next nights after work then try and wire them up

thats just the seat spring bits mate that hold the foam up

the pad elements are all internal in the pads iv got a set too

yep, hopefully going to have a go at wiring them in on saturday, if all goes well
