well the pipe isn't very long and I can't really manuevere it so it's not touching hot parts or moving parts. I can't figure it anyway

Think I may get another air filter, lol. This is the viper filter and cost me £60 from Halfords (in a used condition though), so I thought you know, it'd be pretty amazing but unless the bonnet is open (or it's fitted properly), it sounds like mine...lol

fit it behind the grille where the logo is...or longer pipe and mount it lower in te engine bay....cos remember...heat rises.

looks better now its fitted right way round. :D i have my cold feed poking out of front bumper by lower grill. i dropped it down behind light and it fitted fine (had to make hole in bumper) i have a 2.5 V6 engine so space is virtually not existant and it clears all parts etc etc :D

yeh i can imagine it would be worth doin on an engine like that lol..wudnt bother with doin it on a 1.2

unfortunatly you can only fit in a cone filter, no room for anything else :lol: so to stop the cone drawing in hot air from around the engine i fitted a cold feed pipe! i did buy one of these sealed kits but that was also to big :lol:

Ah, found a way for it to tuck down near the bottom to let plenty of cold air in...video below is old will get new one after done it tomorrow.

sounds like one them old skool whistles u used to be to get that had a high and low pitch whilstle at the same time. Think they may even have been a lolly or sumin?
