THATS NICE FOR A DIESEL I DONT USELYY LIKE DIESELS BUT Y CAN REALY GET SUM POWER OUT OF EM KEEP IT UP AND AS FOR THE TURBO IM NOT SURE IF IT WILL FIT U MITE HAVE TO GET A MANIFOLD MADE

the engine its off is te 1.7td izuzu ive got the 1.5td izuzu there the same engine just the 1.7 is bored out more so it shld be a straight swap its just weather the exhaust lines up witch i hope it does then ill fit the crap intercooler till i can afford a proper one and the hoses then il be wacking the boost up

OHH RITE I THOUGHT U SAID IT WAS A VECTRA TURBO LOL YER IN THAT CASE IT SHUD BE OK IF U HAVE TO MODD ANYFIN CUT AND WELD THE DOWNPIPE

also it myt not run properly u will have to get it re-mapped im sure of it is it an internal wastegate and can u adjust the boost pressur on the actuator

dnt think my engine runs of an ecu its a manual fuel pump thats why you can up the boost and fueling

ovcourse it has an ecu and i mean the turbo u have can u change the boost pressure on the actuator if so then u will need a re-map im sure of it

wtf is an actuator?

in all the guides for this engine they turn the maxfuel screw up on the fuel pump witch increases the boost and boost fueling

im nt gna go silly with it cuz i cant risk blowing the engine but im aiming for 90-100 bhp

an actuator is a device Essentially the actuator or wastegate controls the speed of the turbo and hence your boost pressure that is what gives ur boost pressure if u change it without the correct amount of fueling can some times end int something going wrong lol send me a piccs of the turbo u just got
