right small update,
i stripped the back bumer off to waxoil it a bit, and that snowballed into the arch's coming off, they fell to bits like the front did so they got binned, and ive ordered some new ones
i rubbed out all rust, treated the steel primed it, then waxoild it
also re-sprayed the crash bar as it has some surface corrosion on it
pictures
ive also made a fasle floor fo the sub and amp, will get pics tomorow hopefully my arch's will be in and ill be on the road

soon the windows will be film'd too call me paranoid but hey its my car i intend to keep it that way

and for those that didnt know it existed, the secondry air injection system does have an airfilter
about £7.50 from vaux, i got one and fitted it today
new filter
you can just see the filter inside
and where it goes
looking inside it it did look well old so i guess itll cold start better and emissions from cold will be better, now my car has done 39k so i guess its never been changed, now all those cars with more milage on them???? have they been changed ever???

boot lock being sprayed
sanded down
plastic primer
then had to sand it all back cos the high build spat,
so then re-did the plastic primer, then a light coat of high build
its currently in std primer bakeing, i will then sand it down a bit, then add the colour
boot lock done
