It may or may not look a little rough around the edges sort of speak but in the right light and hopefully if it all stays on it should look great. I love the Punto wiper as well.

Everything I set out to do from my 1st post is near completed. I wanted to make the car look more up to date / modern sporty and stylish without it looking too Flash boy racer. I still have to get the spoiler on at some stage. And my engine is still running good and clean after the overhaul. Just over 60000 miles still. Shame it's not a red top ;( that woulda been fun.

Again tho it's my 1st mod car that I've worked on and I've come so far and Learnt so much. It's been good dispite all the problems and money spent lol.

Il take pics and let the viewers say how it looks, just need new fog switch , EML light checked and fixed spoiler fitted better suspension would be nice and it will be fixed as much as I can do.

I think il save the pics untill i give it a good clean 2mora. im gona want to go over it now and really polish up the arches and side skirts were there was some CT1 film on them the same as you get with silicone use. Just glad everything is staying on in one piece lol. it would be sweet to get the Spoiler on before the winter sets in but i think i need to buy more CT1.

When i picked it up from my mates he had opened up the faulty switch and seen that a bit of metal or something had broke off so he re-soldered it and now everything working. he said there's a bit of a loose connection on the socket that plugs into the back of the passenger side Fog, but nothing that cant be mended.
Im gona go over all the wires with black tape to keep them insulated and free from Damp. neat and tidy.

Just need to get a trip up to mechanic next and get him to check over that Engine Light figure out what the hells causing it.

only thing bad about it all... the petrol price is gone away up. 138.9 in my area now :meh:

Time to Break out the Polish and T-Cut

yea i carry a 5 liter petrol can in the boot its ment to be for if i break down in the middle of nowhere or run outa fuel.

but i find myself using it when i drive to work and realise "crap i left myself on the red" and i refuse to use the garages around my work cause the price is more than it is 30mins down the road where i live. so i use the tank then just to get me back home where its cheaper lol

Looks really nice! Need to get your spoiler on to finish it off! You thinking about lowering it?

Yea next major step will be to get the spoiler in place.
EML Checked out and fixed what ever the problem is.

Also thinking of buying K&N Panel Filter and sticking with the air box ( No Induction kit )
Also to drill some holes in the side of the Air Box for that noise effect.

Again a cheap'ish set of suspension wouldn't go a miss if i can get around to it. i dont overly want to be adding much more money into this project.

Well, there goes the the wind deflectors

not sure when they were taken or how, but only just noticed both are missing and im only left with a small broken off shard.

at first i thought i may have tightened up the window too much and it broke off, but im only left with one tiny shard and the passenger side window is never opened so someone musta stole them. im lucky they didnt steal the GSI Grill or key the car or pull the skirts and arches off etc

AGHHH 1!!
