nahh i know its not going to start
havent got any fuel and i havent finished plumbing in the fuel return from the injector pump yet
but that was one thing that was anoying me as i didnt know how to wire it up, but now i do
so iv just got to tidy the wires up a bit and make them more presentable in the engine bay, and then its on to sorting out some turbo intercooler hoses next, i might have to rotate the compressor side of the turbo housing tho as its toutching the inner arch when i put the wing on, a mate managed to do it to his land rover, i just hope its possible to do with mine
otherwise i'l leave it and just cut the arch out and have the boost hoses running through the passenger wheel arch

cheers
couple more,
diff guard on the front
and managed to sort out some intercooler pipework, and i fully articulated the front axle to see how close it would get to my pipes as i cant be arsed to try and rotate the turbo housing

cheers guys
iv finished doing the fuel lines today, had to put a return to the tank from injector pump, and iv finally found some bolts that fit the front engine mounts so i put them on
just got to make the hydraulic clutch pipework up now, thats a bit more orquad as its down behind the turbo between the chassis rail and the engine block
but i'l figure something out
hopefully have a go at starting it up these next few days

just waiting for a aluminium elbow to be delivered to make up the rest of my intercooler pipework, and iv done all the brake lines now, iv got bigger brakes to go on the front but they're still at work, i'l bring them home 2moro so i can get them put on
and my mates coming down this weekend, and he's got the same series 3 with 200TDI in it so he's going to help me a bit, and then get mine out and take it for a little test drive see how it goes hopefully

shouldnt be long, say a month and a half ish, its a bit hard to say really, as i'l be working more from now on so my time will become a bit more limited. but iv got a few things i still want to do to mine, which iv got inspiration of that blue land rover above,
still to do:
head light wiring,
indicator wiring,
all tail light wiring,
put my roof back on but with solid sides not glass ones,
finish of my brakes as im short of one v8 brake drum,
get two more shock absorber gaiters as i havent got any on the front,
weld on the intercooler mount as its only sat in place at the moment,
make a couple of brackets for my inlet pipe to connect to,
get hold of a couple of bucket seats for the inside,
get a momo boss so i can fit my momo wheel iv got from my old corsa,
thats about it really, then i'l probably just think things up and notice things that need finishing when im doing the bits above. lol

right i went and collected my bucket seats for her today
Cobra Monaco S
when i got them home
after being mocked up, just need some flat strip so i can mount them fully.
and i should have one of these coming aswell to replace my boat wheel
but obviously with a land rover icon in the centre.
