had a problem yesterday which lead to more problems today, the fault showing up was 13, 19, 93 yesterday which 2 of them are new parts except the lambo sensor so im sure this problem is down to that, well so i fort. i had to leave my car at a mates house as i couldnt get it home, went there today to start it and after a few start n cut outs the rear box pressured up so much i woke the remaining sleepy heads in the street after the standard box on there atm exploded ripping the welding around the box off. i gave up after it popped a 2nd time but wasnt as loud, think i have a blocked system but sunday i am putting on a new system anyways which i hope is the problem if not ill be left stuck with out knowing whats wrong with it until i get time to dig into what has happend.

okay yesterday spent a few hours on the car changing the mainfold n centre section over, also added a brand new lambo to it my mainfold is thicker than my standard one i had and the pipe work is alot bigger than my last one and sounds the nuts even tho im driving it around in small bits without a backbox atm until i can get it running probably to go get a custom 1 made up.
but im having a problem on the ignition side. very odd situation. the car will start in the morning, idle & drive fine for a while then once it pops/backfires it dies out and then there is no spark to start back up. any ideas guys ?

bit of a update,
Had let my car be neglected for a few weeks as it got on top of me and battery died, and since ive changed it up i havent had the car cut out when i have driven it around the block for the last few days, without arming the alarm so its got me thinking , isit possibly the alarm kicking in and disarming the car. or something overheating.
ordered a magnetic sump plug took 10days to get here after 5 emails asking JBI where the order was and now just waiting on my heatsheild.
bookin my car in for it to have a custom backbox made for it costing me £199-220 plus £50 to have it flatbed driven to and from the place which is good as the drive is 40mins each way.

im getting priced like £180 from another shop, but what was ur requirements as the shops tellin me as i want certain things its bumpin the price up. what is ur entrance pipe to the box (the pipe that joins to the centre pipe work) and what is the diameter inside and what tip do u have
ive requested 2.5" pipework into the backbox as my centre is 2.5"
2" middle part to bring the noise down
2.5/3" rolled tail pipe

i spoke to John Ashley up your ways yesterday and he said he does 5 types, 80, 100 are for normal bore size then there is better quality stuff and are 140 160 180 and because i want 2.5" bore i have to go for the £180 which is what another company have now given me and is just 5mins down the road so im going to them comes with lifetime warrenty saving myself £90 going with them. that will be booked in on monday for later on in the week, hoping to have my new dials by tuesday and fitted by weds

so a little update of the car so far for this week already
finished work at 7am, went home and got the car and drove it to the exhaust place without a backbox, had to dip the clutch when i see a meat wagon.
2.5" into the pipe cutting down to 2.25" then inside its 2.25" then back out as a 2.5" rolled tip, had it come down inside as i didnt want it loud. lifetime warrenty and if i sell the car i get to do a transfer so the next person that takes it off me can continue the warrenty which i thought was a smart idea.
and got my heatsheild before weekend so stuck that on aswell
for the rest of the week its a oil filter/ oil change
and convert my dash from normal to digital
cars back on track so hopefully not long now til its complete.
quick question to those that have a corsa xe, what engine oil do you use in your car? 10w40 or 15w40?
