Just seen this but that's just a desperate attempt to stop people from complaining about change, realisticly you save £1.33 a month which I'd say most people lose that a month from change falling out of there pockets, it's like 0.001% of my monthly income before tax

On a maybe more positive note, our renewal premiums have reduced by around £100 since last year so hopefully that is better news
