haha yea its always a loosing battle doing up engines, and to think next year you'l want to modify it

yeah always small little stuff that could go wrong, head is my main concern it was porous and i done a mod to it, but until engine runs i dont know if its fixed or not and if its not fixed then head will have be back off and buy a new head

you dont have to strengthen a corsa chassis to run a c20xe thats only a nova you have to do that with. but strengthen a chassis on a corsa if your running a c20let

no not really, you can use the 1.6 shafts as they have the right splines to fit the larger cv joints on to go into the big block F20 gearbox but they do make stronger shafts if you do want to upgrade tho if your going for more power.
