this is where the problems start......
make sure you get good plastic primer, because that plastic trim doesn't like paint....
also make sure you rub it realy well and all areas before you start painting....
then i'd use any matt ish black should sort it...
its all about getting the prep right or in two week it will all flake off or if you hit it with the hose

dont accept the first price they give you, tell them you want more

you can ask for the car and money...
or you can have the car wrote off..then buy it back off them but would be classed as write off obz....
but they may not give you the first opion due to the cars age
