ok so i started on the electric windows 2day but it did not go so well
i got the dash and everything out and i started by tidying up the alarm wireing because i put that in with the dash in.
i then set about taking the old loom out but i thought i hope i have all the pins in the connector that comes from the ignition to the n/s/f foot well and guess what.
i dont
so after spending nearly all day doing it i had to put it all back together because i cannot get the new loom as no one has one for sale.
so that was a good start to my week off. 2morrow i will start smoothing the front bumper lets hope that gose better

I've just installed elec windows in my passenger side yesterday matey just about to do the drivers side. I didn't have the car loom either, it is literally adding 4 wires each side, i'll take some pics for you

Didn't have chance to take any photos. But if you follow the guide up to the wiring point, i can tell you which wires you need.
Pull the rubber back on the door loom multi-plug and you need to find the following on the passenger side.
Red- live
black- ignition live
brown- earth
red/blue- window up/down
green/gray- window up/ down.
The drivers side is exactly the same, however rather than there being a single black wire going to the multi plug, you will see two wires joining to one, then going into the plug. This is the ignition live for both of the switches at the drivers side.
Connect red to a permanent live (mine being a secondary fusebox in my glovebox)
Connect black to an ignition live (mine being the black wire on the cigarette wiring)
connect brown to an earth (i ran mine along the A pillar to the roof where my sunroof motor is, alternatively attach the brown to any part of bare metal on the car)
Connect red/blue to the other red/blue.
Connect green/ great to the other green/ grey.
Hope this makes sense, took me days to work out in frustration. I'll write up a tutorial soon.

thanx mate that will be a help. in my car i only have 2 wires going to the doors but i will cut the bit i need off my new loom.
when you say "Connect red/blue to the other red/blue. Connect green/ great to the other green/ grey."
what do u connect them 2? do you mean run them from one door to the other ?
also what amp wire did you use?

I have no idea what amp wiring i used from the battery to my fusebox as i bought an amp wiring kit from Amazon, which included a thick wire with an inline fuse for extra safety.
For the door loom wiring, i simply pulled the wires that were in my old door loom out and used these, they weren't the same colour all the way along but it saves a lot of money
.
At both drivers and passengers side you'll have the same colour wiring, what i meant was, connect the red/blue wire from the drivers side to the passengers side, and vice versa.
