Re: Corsa SRi Project
its nearly that time
got all the inlet sripped off today
last manifold just went all wrong the person who welded the manifold up got the pipes that were bent at the wrong angle so had to start again.........god daaaam
just hit a few issues when seeing how much room i have to play with and ive got to lower the altenator if i want the carbs at the right angle so the floats are level and then need to figure out a vaccum for the brake servo sooooooooooo see what bulbs light up tomorrow while scratching ye olde head

Re: Corsa SRi Project
Step closer to the "Rasp" of the carbs now nearly finished manifold number 2 so i thought i would actually take some pictures of this one in the making
All holes cut out
Quick De-burr as the pipes wouldnt slot it as i would like them to
Bent and cut the pipes and got them lined up with the "trial rubbers"
Also got the fuel pump a the fpr today out of alladins cave
FPR mounted up
Quite abit more left to do yet :
Weld Pipes
Cut Plate To Shape
Sort Out The Servo Vaccum
Timing Belt & Water Pump
Balance & Jet Carbs
Lower Altenator
Re Locate Header Tank To Chassi Leg
Bit Of Wiring
That Should Be It!
