In my experiance, 8v engine are as strong as an ox! It just suspension and running gear that goes in them mate and fj coilies wouldn't be too bad aslong as you are just using it for drivin around town and such. If your not on a track then all coilovers are near enough the same but thats just me

Yep I agree the 8v engines were good but what it could really do with is the seh engine which might be a route I will look at I have no idea at the moment about using it as a track car although I have wanted to build one and did think about using the spin at the moment I am just going to use it as a run around so I at least have a car and when ive collected it and used it I can make my mind up what im am going to do with it

Im so glad that i bought this car!! (well almost lol ) HID's are on the way and MOT on friday hoping that it flys straight through with no worries then i can tax it and start to enjoy it. Although i am still questioning wether to modify it or turn it into a sleeper hmmmmmm.....also that head unit i want to mould it into the dash if i can find away of stopping the screen shutting when i turn the engine on. f*****g ripspeed lol :lol:

Well stage one of today is done got 2 new shoes on thats one thing thjng sorted now to sort out the bloody flat battery which is a pain in the arse as it worked fine last week!! Not great considering ive got an mot later today....
