Reading up ya can use any metal paint i.e hammerite plastikote. What ever ya choose to use it has to be so many parts paint and so many parts thinners before its applied so it is just thicker than milk

I used metal paint, it was 7euro a litre in aldi :P too much thinners and it will come out really faded and blotchy. Cant find the corsa in the nice brown but this one was roller painted Nato Green Image

So heres the update for u guys. As said on here since i bought the car the eml has always come on without fail after doing the paper clip test, putting it on a machine to get the codes and changing the cts, lamba sensor, egr valve with no joy but on the odd chance of checking the pcv (positive crank ventilation) valve and seeing it was block. Cleaned it out and my eml has finally stopped turning on. Drove all this afternoon and not once did it show on the dash, no excessive fuel consumption and lack of power. Since ive owned my more this light has always turned on with out fail once the engine has got to 90 degrees and driving for about an hour give or take so im happy as can be at last can put all my attention to sorting other things to make my more door even better :)
