wont be as bad as you think actually, the engine used to do about 35-40mpg in the vectra it came out of and the corsa is a lighter car, it all depends how you drive it

really nice mate.... the chrome manifold cover is a nice touch looking foward to pic when its fully complete. you sticking with origional hose's or you upgrading to silicone ones?
