So far so good its cheap too. But it says on the bottle that rags used to apply it can spontaneously combust if not laid out flat to dry lol. Worried me garage was gonna go up in flames lastnight hahagazza_no7 wrote:Looking good! going to have to get myself some of that linseed oil!

Re: Silver X10XE Slow project
Hahaa i know. To make matters worse someone was having a fire lastnight so came out the back to have a smoke before bed and could smell smoke. Looked over at garage and it didnt look smoky so went to bed and checked this morning lol
As long as while its drying its laid flat you should be fine. Worth it for the price tbh i only used a tiny bit and did full car, used over half a tin of b2b to do car last time and it lasted 3 days :/
Lets hope this lasts longer

Silver X10XE Slow project
Yea my masking tape was lifting so some of the lips are still a bit grey from primer so re masked and just gonna quickly blast around the edges to cover them. Will get centres done during week as wheels arent going on till there balanced anyways.steviebuggy wrote:Yer its a long process! We'll worth it after tho
Cant wait to get them on properly im sick of my ugly wheel trims.
Tempted to paint calliper and drum as there on show now. Thinking black for the back and red front or both black or both red i dont know what would look better tbh so any help would be much appreciated

My dad gave me a tin of red hammerite to do mine
Usually calliper paint is the best option.
From halfords or where ever is cheaper hahaha
