well today made a little progress, between helpin chris and doing mine.

i tapped a thread into the head for the egr port. and then found a bolt that fitted, cut it down a bit and added some firegum and a sump washer to seal it good

then i fitted the exhaust manifold



then i cut the hole in the egr port on the inlet manifold gasket bigger to accomodate the blank bolt, and fitted up the inlet



and then i made a gasket up and fitted the cut down crankcase breather pipe to the back of the engine., no pics as it went dark

wings are on, headlights are in, coil is fitted, horn is fitted on a custon yet wobbly bracket lol






and my custom hoses turned up

Put a radiator for air conditioning, there is greater !

cant, got a tank going in the small gap. plus it will be ample cooling for the 8v

new hoses fitted

couple of bits turned up

red doors fitted


dash fitted, just "lots of kicking and levering past the cage"

header tank and fpr fitted

is that radiator bigget than a standard corsa radiator??

no its a 1.4sri 8v one.

which is ample cosidering the use it'll get

kool.... was wondering how do you stop a 2 liter engine from over heating if u are using a smaller radiator...? does it really affect the over heating problem coz when i put the foot down in ym corsa it would heat up quite quickly btu ma rad was fooked... lol

ive seen a c20xe run fine on a 1.0 12v rad.

as long as the system is clear the pump is good and the matrix is clear with good quality coolent it will be fine

good to hear coz i jsut dont want my next corsa doing the same thing lol
gona fit an oil cooler also to mine lol
