First problem haha, killed clutch last week and started burning and now it slips in 5th n 6th when torque is highest.. So need to replace clutch now and it's also got a dual-mass flywheel too so that will need doing so about £500 in parts :(

Stick a lightened flywheel on it instead.

Heard they run rough on lightend flywheels so guna stick to the dual mass one

Not much happened to the vxr lately, all I've done is fitted a pre-cat decat pipe, getting a few pops n bangs now from the exhaust since fitted, sounds nice! Next plan is to buy the dual mass flywheel and clutch at weekend, on sale atm, reduced from £550 to £450 so will get that and fit when I have time, then can get my remap :)

Yep, just ordered flywheel, clutch and slave cylinder.. Got the lot for £397 so even more saved haha, just need to get new gearbox oil and other bits n bobs then fit it all then ill have power back without the clutch slipping :D

Well latest news is I now need new gearbox bearing.. Very common issue on all vauxhalls that use the m32 box.. So another £400 down now :( plan is do remove box next Sunday, fit my clutch and flywheel and Wednesday Ill be taking my box down to a place in Kent for repair then can put box back on n car back together and fingers crossed I have no more problems then as its skinting me out...

Too right damn vauxhalls haha, there so many 'common' problems the corsa vxr's have its unreal...
And sheerness I think the place is called if u know it.. Guy is called warren he well known in vauxhall scene..

Yeah warren greenland a friend of a friend you should see his corsa b ;) he drives new astra diesel fast as f*** small world huh :D

No way haha, yeahh I seen pics of his b looks good.. Not seen the diesel.. He got right idea with fast diesel thou, that's way I'll go next.. He looks like he knows his stuff thou from his fb page..

Yeah he does my mates cars cors c turbo and astra gsi. His b has sequential gearbox, its non turbs but put out like 200bhp:O lol animal of a car. You are deff in the right hands there pal
