righto after what seems like an eternaty since my last post its ready !!!!!! when i say ready i dont mean finished but ready to do course car on my car clubs road rally !!woo hoo!!
its been a tough few weeks busy at work and home so the car has only just come together this week ! its all serviced up new cambelt etc, new ball joints, sump and tank guards now fitted also fitted loads of little things to make life easier on road rallys like a bigger interior light to help read the map and also light up marshals clip boards etc .
ill try and post some photos of the event on here soon all i need to do now is keep it shiny side up and bring her to the finish !

well a great night, route was awsome and thoroughly enjoyed it, until 200 yards before the finish the bottom end let go !! leaving me and my nav stuck somewhere in the middle of derbyhire waiting for a recovery truck !!! so its now stripped waiting for parts in my mums garage. im not rebuilding the bottom end as ive found a complete 60k engine cheap ! so my old standard head and cams will be for sale soon as i dont need them anymore !. on a lighter note atleast i got a decent photo taken on the night !!

lol yeah could be a possibility with little un arriving soon ! not really anything to report to be honest been doing a bit of testing and all seems good, and it seems to behave its self in the snow ! good amount of grip saying its not got a slippy diff, ive got a shake down coming up our club is putting on a sprint at the end of the month so ill have a bash at that and all being well i want to be out on the bruce robinson rally on feb 13th, i am however finding it difficult to get a navigator so that may not happen yet

well little progress report, i went out on thursday night to do a "12" car club road rally with my pal george, good result, we finished third so happy with that. Have found now tho that the front suspension needs stiffening up ! its fine for fast road use but when the going gets rough there is not enough stability to feel 100% confident on the limit, so im just waying up options with price against performance im thinkin either yellow leg billies and custom springs or gaz coil overs, so ill wait and see how things go !.

i no that this is an old post but u still got the car ? is you have you got any more picks of it inside and out .?

yeah ive still got her ! she has been in hiding for the last month or so as ive just become a dad and money is a bit tight ! ive not really got any other photos i dont think, ill have a look, what do you want pictures of ? i could probably take some for you !
