Cleaned The Egr now With Tooth Brush And Brake Fluid! Sent My Missus For a Cylinder Head! Because I Was At Work!
Think She Came Back With A Tottally Wrong One!! Gutted!! Pissed Off!! Waste Of Total Money!!
Going To Have To See At Weekend If I Can Fit It! Only Difference Is I Can See Is The Air Intake Looks Totally Differernt! But Everything Else Looks Similar! Might Keep The New Air Intake If It Will Fit ! Looks Better! Will Put Pic On If I Can Get a Break From Work!

the gasket has a pop zone, so as you screw it tight the seal pops flat to give a good fit, i used a bit of liquid gasket along with my 1 day old gasket.
it was brand new, and i fitted it, but had to remove it same day, of course the pop zone was flattened out when i removed it, hence using that little bit of liquid gasket with it.

Didn't have much time to look this morning! But from what I can tell the one she got was from a 1.2 8v injection and mines got a carb!
But they give me the inlet and exhaust manifold and the cylinder head for 40pound!
Can't be to bad!
I'll see if I can put pics on later mate! At work till 9!
