Cheers lads :D can't wait to get slabs on myself

I gotta adjust the camber I'm not 100% happy with it yet lol and feels bouncy as f**k but think I gotta set the stiffness I think it's too stiff. When you push down on a corner of the car it's the tyres that move before the suspenssion lol..

I've never owned coilovers so not sure how it is ment to feel lol. Sound mega dumb I know.

On the flip side it's awesome Gavin the misses in the car as well bumpy roads and Yeahhh lads I ain't gotta spell it out.

Just say they popping out of the top :P

It's going to be bouncy as they are updated too :) you will get used to it :) my exhaust rattles too, could be banging on the rear axel but not sure mate :) mines hitting the heat shield around it as I didn't put I on straight and only got 1 rubber hanger on it (need to sort it aha)

Nah I mean it vertually no suspenssion now, if you push the wings the car doesn't move only the tyre lol. It's like a goliath with no suspenssion, just wondering if it will eventually settle down or I gotta adjust something to make it smoother. I love it it feels great but the misses is not to pleased with the feeling every bump. Thinking bout it I might jus let her catch the bus!! :D

yea thats just the stiffened shocks that is, you wont be able to compress them by leaning on them at all, but there will be movement there, or get down and have a look, only if they're wound right down will there be no suspension travel, what you could do is jack the car up and wotch for suspension movement or something i guess... it MIGHT be bottoming out on a bump stop if you put one on when you built them up.

After a while the springs will settle in and it will be a tiny bit softer but not much :P my kit was second hand and it's still quite solid tbh... My misses hates the bumps too cos they are always on the out side of the road aha

I'm gonna whip the wheel off the weekend I wound the locking nuts about 2 inch from bottom but on mine there are two springs s small thin spring at the bottom then like a spacing washer then the normal spring. The small one is the one that does all the compressing when tightening up the nuts.

But when you jack the car up the wheel does drop down so ur right it must have some movement.

Just new to coilovers and never messed with them before yesterday
