Here they are, they're ATS Cups in Anthracite. Picked them up yesterday and went out to get them fitted today. I was told they were 7j all round and the offset was around 30 but I disagree, they're so tight haha. They're scrubbing like mad at the back and the fronts pretty close, so I'm gonna have to get it higher or roll my arches, kind of gutted they don't tuck like I wanted though [emoji20]

Going from et 49 to et30 is around and inch and a half towards the arch

So I'd say it looks about right, it should be stamped on the back anyway

Yeah I guess so,and they are wider, I'll go and have a look tomorrow anyway. It's undriveable as it sits at the minute though because it's really scrubbing on the back, trying to think of the best place to get my arches rolled or anyway I could do it myself. I don't even know if it's worth the hassle tbh haha

Ohhh right ok I see. I might give it a go with the handle from my jack or my big exhaust pipe asI don't have any plumbing or scaffolding pipe. I need to get them rolled one way of another

Yeah just slowly let the jack down while rolling the bar.

Just seen an idea that looks pretty cool. Get a s**t tonne of magazine's in the arch gap and then lower the car onto it. Apparently the weight of the car on the magazines and the arch pushes the arch and makes it wider with a bit of heat. Doesn't sound amazingly safe but does the job, might give it a go

Thats the phonebook method. Can be done with plastic bottles half full of water too. I think a steel bar is the right way. I know another method that i will explain after work.

My technique what I use is get a metal baseball bat stick in the back of the arch and get someone to roll the car forward whilst rolling the baseball bat towards the front. Keep repeating and as you do move the bat to the thicker part as you go. This is my tried and tested technique which is perfect because unlike hitting it with a hammer it rolls them out equally

So you mean pit the baseball bat under the plastic bit in the arch, so you're just rolling the panel? Then just roll it forwards and backwards? Why do you need someone to roll the car in that case, it'll be on axle stands anyway as I can't get to the arch with the wheels on

You can only do it that way mate as the force of the car moving forwards drags the bat under and rolls the arch. Start the small end of the bat at the bottom of he rear of the wheel and go from there and build it up until your done.

I'm still not following mate sorry haha. So you use the baseball bat under the arch and roll the car forward and backwards on each side of the arch?
