Steering wobbles at low speeds?

Hello, I have had my N reg 1.2 litre corsa twist for about a month now and have just had to change the alloy wheels back to the old wheels as my insurance would'nt allow it. I got the dealer I bought it off to change the wheels back for me and ever since i have noticed a slight wobble in the steering at low speeds.

At first i thought this was due to a slightly dented wheel. However i changed this wheel and although the wobble isnt as bad it is still noticeable. The wobble is almost unoticeable at speeds above 35mph. Can anyone offer any advice as to what may cause this? I have very limited funds at the moment lol.

Thanks in advanced, Sam

Thanks for your help, i have finally fixed the wobbling steering wheel! I removed the front left wheel and found it had a buckle in it, i got a new wheel and now the steering wheel dosent wobble at all. Hurrah!

i think it could be an out of shape tyre if its at low speed if your doing 70ish it the wheels need balancing.used to be a tyre fitter for about 5 year. have you got the spog rings on the alloys? did they clean the hub and the wheel before they put it on as they corrode and not sit flush together.
