im going to be grading my audio in my car ive already got the sub which i build my self so that powers of the rear channels

I want to purchase this cd/mp3 player

will all this work to gehter also when i install the speaker will i know they are there or will they be hidden like the stock speakers are.

Also is there a point in getting the iso adpator. atm my cd player doesnt hold memorn not sure it this is due to it not being connect to the battery after ingnition.
