Fun with the GSi today... Just work

Post by PaulW »

Been a busy boy today!

Oil Change (look in Hints & Tips - I mande a guide :D )
Stripped down the Drivers door & replaced the window runners as they were worn/seized & jamming the window down 3/4 way
Stripped down, repaired, cleaned & re-assembled the leccy mirror switch as it wasn\'t working
Completely re-wired my front speakers & found out there a nice set of 130W Pioneer speakers!

Still stuff to do tomorrow, such as strip out the centre console & replace a few bulbs, aswell as sort out some \'damage\' to the edges, and then just clean out & tidy up the car & give it a wash too!

Tis fun when ya off work!

What you do to the eleccy mirror switch mine only moves up and down...

Found a switch at a scrappy but the joystick bit is missing. Does the top bit just clip on somehow? if so i\'ll take the joystick off the broken one

Mot is on moday do they check if this switch works?
