boot wont open

hey everyone wats happenin

just wondering if any one could give me some advice. the boot on my 3 door wont open. the button goes in and springs back fine but it doesnt open it. it feels lthe same when the boot is locked and you push the button but mine also does this when its unlocked has anyone had any experiece with this before? any feedback is appreciated

same as my sisters that she has to turn the key wait till it makes a noise like and push the key in and hey presto boot is open
