Offset ET49?

Hi, im lookin for some alloys for my 1999 corsa 1.6 sport.. ive heard that i need wheels with an offset of ET49 but there isnt much of a choice.. has any1 managed to use wheels with a different offset and not get any rubbing??
Any help would be great

if you get 15's you should be fine but is your car lowered?

yea ive had it lowered 40mm n id like to fit 16s. .

well, i wouldn't go for anything less than 45. Mine are ET45, as that was the best they could make, so i have had to cope. Although i havent used them on the new car yet, they scrubbed slightly on my 60-70mm current car. That could be down to them bein 7" wide tho.

What wheels are they? You want to push for them to get them in ET45 for you if you can. :thumbs:

yea i cant find any wheels more than et45 other than standards :(
ive been lookin at oz superturismos or team dynamics pro race.. somethin along those lines in white :D

it is the distance that the wheel sits out from the hub.

yea thats fine. the 1.2's are a pain any lower than 40-50mm, as they are 7J wide and the tyres are pushed outwards a bit onto the arch...as i found.

the SuperT's are a great wheel and at 6.5J, are perfect!...look mint in white too! :thumbs:

yee man think its guna have 2 be the super ts! got a black motor too so the rims should stand out nicee :D
