My missus has a 1.2 corsa and Im thinking of changing the engine for either a 1.4 or a 1.6. My question is how much involvment is there for each of these and what are the performance advantages? I know the 1.4 would be easier as it is single point injection and therefore I presume closer to a direct replacement for the existing lump, However it would be nice to fit a 1.6 multi point injection lump as this seems the ideal max engine size for a car this size without going over the top. Is there a 1.6 single point unit in existance anywhere that could be the answer.
