ok so this is my run-around project, well kind of.
story goes - my mrs (will get her to sign up) is learning to drive and could not afford her own car at the min, this car is actually my dads old car but he has moved on to vectra ownership. So my dad having this corsa just lying around in the drive way gave it to my mrs. Bargin! So if you read my other project thread, you will see that i own a corsa with a c20xe fitted but blew my gearboxand cannot afford to replace the gearbox at this moment in time! So i am driving this car and teaching my mrs to drive in it. So all mods have to be aprooved by the mrs first lol
anyway, you get the picture by now and im probably sending you to sleep so here we go....
ok so we have aquired a 1.7 diesel 5 door corsa b on a v plate.
pics and mods done so far
17" alloys in rover tempest grey, soon to be white
flat wiper blades
black short beesting aerial
smoked rear lights
started to colour code some interior bits - we want to colour code this entire section white, but this will be the only colour coded section of the interior
damaged wing and bonnet, soon to be replaced

the mrs and i decided to do a bit of the car, take the rest of the bump strips off as it looked terible half done, colour coded the side repeaters, and sprayed one alloy white as a tester to see what it would look like against the car, here some pics of progress lol.

And yes yes i know their from a 3 door but its not only a free leather interior but a free heated leather interior (just gotta modify the corsa loom now so i can have the heater elements working
)

rear seats were a bit fiddly due to them coming from a cally (3door of course) and me breaking the screen on my mobile
pics of rear seats in
due to me being fed up of continiously having to put the backbox back onto the car as the pipe is abut 2 cm's too short i have "borrowed" the exhaust off my car temporarily
not too good a pic but u get the idea (had to lighten the pic just so u could see it as the original was so dark)
doesnt look half as big when it was fitted to mine! lol. Nevermind its only a temporary measure...
thats up to date so far...

1.7 diesel non turbo! thats why its my run around not my toy lol.
nah it used to be my dads as he usedto travel around 60 miles to work everyday then 60 miles back, so he bought it as it would be cheap to run! But he now drives a 2.2 Dti vectra and my mrs is learnign to drive, so it was given to her, chewap tax and insurance for first car blah blah blah, but i have temporarily stolen it while my c20xe corsa is out of action! lol
