neep help with my c20xe corsa plz!

it is a cavalier gsi engine c20xe.
when goin to take off at lights or when dropping it down to 2nd gear to turn corner etc
she spits a bit outta the exhaust and chugs like tryin to conk out
she had a service bout 3 weeks ago new leads new spark plugs and all
but i was told that u have to set the plugs wif sum sort of gauge?
any help plz would be greatfull its really pissing me off.lol

Yeah you do need to set up your plugs ....look in your haynes manual (cav gsi) and you will find the correct spacing for your plugs.. yet .. its not a very good service if the garage didnt do this for you :? .,....... Other than that .....it may be an exhaust gas sensor problem or a catalyst problem ... do u have a standard exhaust .What / how old is your cat .My m8 had the same problem with his XE ...The engine will cut out under any sudden acceleration .....so i think maybe air intake sensor , exhaust sensor problem ,plugs or catalitic converter problem ............hope this helps !!!!
