you may need spiggot rings, but they should just fit. The offset is wrong...so they will sit out quite a bit. I wouldnt go for wheels wit offset that far off...but its ur choice!

the offset on my wheels are et38, they dont rub that much only if i people in the back.

well, depends how much you lower it as to how much rubbing you get. my corsa is lowered 60mm and has 38 offset wheels and is quite bad for rubbing at the rear. (got some correct offset wheels to go on now 
)
