Does anybody know if the Corsa C clocks fit straight on the Corsa B? or if they can fit with minimal modifications?

Cheers

They're also a completely diff shape :(

Anyway you can get GTE digital dash into a corsa :P but I don't have the time/garage - to let the dash be hanging out...don't think it'd go down well with the local chavs on these streets to do that mod yet so I just wanna replace the original corsa b clocks with something prettier...possibly green to suit the colour.

just look online lol

there are hundreds online lol i want to have the green lights in the background and then change the background of them to white and then i want to change all of the needles to green or silver or somthing. i like the subdude modifications like that :)

green LED's are going in to light up the whole floor :)

and then there is going to be leather seats (heated of corse) then the doorcards being modified i have sin somthing some 1 has done on here to fibreglass them and put speakers on the outside o the doorcar insted of inside it.

then the outside is being done :)

I kept my origonal dials and bought some white dials to go over the top. I then painted the needles and bought some blue bulbs to light it up bright blue.

Looks really good. Ideally i would like to be able to put some needles in that light up red (like in the new vw's) but don't think it possible.

I've got the dials with no rev counter but i have tried installing one with a rev counter and it worked fine with no problems.

I'm currently trying to do this myself, Iv put the bulbs in, ordered the white dials, do the needles just pulll off? Iv not tried forcing them incase I break them.

What Im thinking for the needles is masking tape down one side of it to give a straight edge, then black marker or paint down the side pull the tape off and and then do it for the other edge of the needle, should allow the blue light to still shine off the needle and still show me where the needle is.

Edit: blimey only just seen how old this thread is! any help would be great tho, thanks.

As you quoted from my earlier message,

The needles with a little tug should pop off! They are basically just pushed on until they click. Don't pull from the needle but pull from it's widest point.

Hope this helps.

lol me again :D, managed to get the white face on and markered the needles in dark blue, looks great! one problem I cant seem to get the needle for the speedometer correct, it starts at ten so do I basically need to set the needle 10mph lower than that and then lift it over the stopper whilst the needle is on and force it to 10mph?

This is the only thing I can think of tbh, or follow a friend and askt hem to go a set speed so I can compare my speedo too theres.

What a pain :/
