Corsa b tacho clocks ,eco 3 cylinder

Hi guys ,

This is my first post.
Ive got a corsa B "96 3 cylinder eco & have fitted a set of clocks with a rev counter,while all seems to work the rev counter seems to be over revving.
Anyone??

i believe they are programmed for indivdual engine sizes, what car did they come from?

if it is a universal tach there should be a switch or button to tell it how many cylinders your car has
coz how they work is they count the charges built then let go in the ignition coil (one per spark on each spark plug)then ndivides it by the number of cylinders u have.
kinda like a calculator reali,
if they are digital to my knowledge the switch shud be on the back
if they are analogue it usually involves pressing and holding a buttin then another to go up or down to the relevant amount of cylinders.

listen to krisif they are universal it will be because u have a 3 cylinder and there defaulted to 4 if ur using corsa clocks it probs wont work ull need to reprogram it

chrex may be able to help or adam and paul the 3 corsa gods
