Boot Spoiler

Post by deadliner »

ive got myself a nice boot spoiler, resprayed it and everything, and it doesn't fit! i did offer it up roughly when i got it, but ive noticed that where the washers are there is a massive gap between the boot and the spolier. im guessing there is a different spoiler for 3 door and 5 door? :(

i know they do, but i thought the spoiler would have been more or less the same.

for pics:

sign up to photobcuket.com

upload your pics to there, choose the code for forums, copy and paste the code into your post.

done.

they are almost the same-but if u look the 5 door has a steeper angle,so im guessing thats why u have a gap-im no expert, just giving u my opinion on what i think the problem could be :)

i was quite lucky-my car came with the spoiler already attached lol.my advice would be sell your now nicely painted spoiler to someone with a 5-door-im sure plenty of people would show interest....and buy yourself a 3 door version :) good luck is all i can say :)

think iv sussed it now, just think photo bucket is havin problems as its goin very slow, but will try again tmoz.
