Flocking is covering your dash in felt so that the plastic doesnt glare on the inside of the windscreen and put you off... Waste of Money unless your racing your car really, Tell him to Flock off!!

What u into, interior or exterior, im not the man to speak to about 5 doors but probably got a few interior ideas depending on what sort of stuff your interested in?

your best bet is to get a mechanical polisher of some sort....you can get amazing results!

Its just the top layer that has faded, so you need to use G3 compount to just take that layer off. Then if you use the same buffer to polish, glaze and wax it, you will get amazing results from a day's work. And from then on, you just need to make sure you keep the car polished and it wont fade again! :)

this is a great site with some brilliant products at very good price. Is better than the Auto-Glym products for keeping the shine and not getting the swirl marks.

I have a good mate who has a red XR2, was heavily faded in various places...and now has an XR3i that hes working on. The difference when he had done one side was huge...and since i have realised how good buffers are.

this site has all the products you will need:

 should sort it out!

if i was you id keep it subtle don't go over the top there are a couple of 5 door corsa b's floating around my area and they are really in my opinion way over the top.
just think of it as a lil bit goes a long way....lil bits here and there will make the world of difference.
good polish for flame red cars is megiurs or some stuff from california but its pretty pricey it jus allows you to polish your car in the summer at any time in the day no matter how hot it is...its a four stage process aswell so you gotta have alot of patience and time but the results are amazing...i only know cos my dad use's it on his se9

dont want to sound rude but if u have the money spare go and get yourself a 3 door there so much easier to mod if u can change an engine you could probably get a decent 1.2 with a blown engine for a couple hundred quid if you prefer the 5 door id probably go for nice wheels and a subtle kit not ott cuz u can make a 5dr look like crap maybe smoothing out your rear door handles would help and colour code the rest of the exterior for the time being hope that helps
