yea, i had this problem wit my hazard switch. My horn plug was attached to a random plug in the loom at the front of the car.

There will be a short in the circuit somewhere!

head unit, 12v fag lighter, live feed off ignition or maybe a light blown (but filament touchin?) would seem the most obvious if it a live goin straight to ground. But equally depending on the age of the van it could be waters tracking somewhere it shouldnt be and that causing the fuse to keep blowin.
so could be water comin through the scuttle panel/water capture undernear that or one em cracked and water leakin into engine bay electrix. Most likely as it ur horn, head unit and interior light it on that circuit somewhere. So it would seem once again most plausable that it down to a live groundin cos two lives are touchin. Is there an aftermarket cd playerhead unit or 12v fag lighter installed?
