take the scuttle panel off, and you\'ll see what needs adjusting... cant remeber too much to be honest. i had same problem, swapped mine for a single wiper conversion

On that note

wot decent looking window wipers can i buy for the frnt, standard ones looks aweful!

dont buy silver ones or anodised or i\'ll call the fashion police! lol, get a single wiper and a smooth cover :wink:

The pins at the base of the wiper arm where they just about join onto the wiper motor will be worn, I had this problem and I went into a local scrappie and bought some wiper arms off of a last of the line corsa B\'s which cost me a fiver and they were virtually brand new and solved the problem

buy the gsi, you know you want too :lol: big eck seems to have the problem solved simon, i ment what he said, but couldnt remember :wink: havent gone to see my car today, not much point as that pug wasnt done in time for Donny, that makes me feel better :lol:

ha... i have this too... i get to like 100 and they come over the screen and when i put them on they slap each other well funny :lol:

it will be the arms that are f**k, there will be excess play in hem, time for new arms

when i first got my car, i was driving to work and it started raining,so i put my wipers on and the one on my side flopped off my car, so im driving down the a19 doing 70+ with my wiper not on my window, i have to actually put my arm out the window and put it back on lol

stupid indeed, but kinda essentual, i once drove to work having problems trying to see out the windscreen in fine rain, and i hadnt put the windscreen wipers on!!! what a nob! i was on auto pilot :lol:
