asking pictures?

Sorry its the wrong place to ask but this is the most used part of this site .. i wanna show my project log but how do i put in pictures .. can somone help plz ?!!!!:)

upload the pics onto a website such as
www.photobucket.com
then get the direct link to the image... and put in inbetween these...
i think on photobucket you can copy them with the link or already there.. then just paste it into this box
