Hi i am having problems with my 1.2 sxi Wreg corsa. i am having problems when i am starting it up. when im starting it up most of the time it can take up 4 times trying to start it up. i am wondering what could be the problem?

my old corsa which was a Lreg started up everytime not missing a beat. i was wondering if this can be a simple fix or what your opinion is on it.

i would really appreciate the advise

has it been serviced ? could be poo spark plugs, fuel pump on the way out, poo on the carb. give it a good service m8, chuck in some redex and take off the top hat get some carb cleaner, give it a good clean and see how u get on with that

New leads, plugs and a coil pack.

Hi Mate, With CJ take the dissy cap off and look at the 4 pins inside if there corroded id get a new 1. also check the HT leads 4 damp or if the leads have a brake in them. I had that on my corsa, the leads had corroded away and it was hard 2 turn over, the way i found out was i tuched it and i got a shock of it lol.

Sure there coil packs on SXI. When its running is it ok, just only on start up??

yeah its perfect when its running its just starting it up. like today i had to start it 2-3 times to get it going. when i got home i went in for 5mins then came back out and started it up again and it started first time
