indicators going for no reason

this morning i went out to my car and it was unlocked for some reason. I probably forgot to lock it but i'm sure i didn't. anyway when i got in the car i heard a rapid clicking and when i started the car it stopped. when i got to work, i got out the car, locked it and the clicking started again. there was no indicator sign on the dash but the hazards were going at like twice the speed outside and it wouldnt stop. i unlocked the car then locked it again and it stopped this time. it seems like it's the alarm going off but there's no sound? it's a 1.6 sport. any ideas whats going on? thanks

maybe theres a short in ur central locking system? Hence it happens after u lock/unlock the car....maybe it sumin to do with the relays? im no expert on it so it just a guess, but i could be kinda right. Guess we'll have to wait and see what other have got to say.

lol..yeah...but to be honest they are the most commonly done things in terms of "secret" immbilisers. Or maybe just the plain obvious...got a steering wheel lock, handbrake and gear knob lock and 4 wheel clamps!?! Rofl
