Getting through the door gator

Im trying to fit a few things in the door of mine and can't figure a way how to get through the gator; it is sealed in the car, it comes out as a plug going in to the door and the socket in the door is then pretty tightly done too. I can't think of an easy way to get over this except for drilling like crazy and I would prefer not to do this, especially as it seems that would have to take the door off so that I can get the hole drilled.

Any idea's? Or shall I give up? Although I don't want to I think it may be the safer alternative to taking all of my doors off for a few wires.

lol this is easy unsrew the plugs and take them out the door then you will see where the wires go into the plug theres sockets like holes for more wires just get a small drill bit an drill them abit bigger and feed your wires thru put back job done i had an old one lying around somwhere ill see if i can find it as it will make more sence lol

I thought it should be that easy but it's sealed in the car and in the door, so threading wires through cant happen either way unless i find a tiny pair of hands or take the dash off to drill.

just take the door off. It easy...just a tap pin in the middle then couple bolt at the hindges.

Thats the easy bit, getting from the car in to the door is the hard bit as it is sealed behind the dashboard.
