you wouldnt want 18's ..as soon as you go over 16" your lookin at speedo errors etc ..not designed for such large wheels ..................also 18" would look wank on a corsa ..unless you have a brand new 1! .....so stick to 15" ..or 16" ..much better ..cheaper and look much much better ...one sentence in this situation

no, not without a large amount of modifications and money.
I wouldnt go any bigger than 16's.
