hi i have just bought some red sidelights for my corsa . i bought them off ebay , the seller which is a car shop ebay seller says that they are fully e marked and iso approved. this is advetised on the page that the sidelights are being sold on. i want to know your personal view on how dodgy they look? you think ill get pulled.

i think they look well nice, they dont look as good on picture but i hope i dont get pulled , i wanna keep them on my headlights are fine they are the normal colour.

dont think u can drive round with them on red legally cos it will confuse other drivers at night. The front lights menna be white and rears red with a white reverse light. if u had them as the full high beam bulbs so can turn em on and off at ur own leisure then u should be fine cos u can still drive round at night with headlights on and them only being white. E.g. i thikn u only menna turn them red lights on when ur car stationary and u showin it off. Although i admit i may be completely wrong on this. Lets see what others have gotta say.

I think illegal, most modifications are illegal it's just that the book is being updated and reviewed so often that most officers are blissfully unaware of what is legal and what is not.

As far as I know, Headlights can only be white. Red is the colour of an emergency service vehichle lights, which is why you cannot use blue either. I think you can't use green, dunno why.

But driving with them headlights, a copper is going to pull you over and warn you to remove them most likely.

well iv got the ice blue sidelights..and iv looked into it and from evrything i could find they are perfectly legal-coz they only look really blue once it gets really dark-by which time full beam will be used anywayz.so if u drive round wen its dark with em like that then yeh u probz will get pulled.

illegal. e-marked does not nessecarily mean road legal

illegal, can't show red lights at the front, only at the rear. if you have them on at night and the police see you, you will get pulled

green light is for doctors on emergency call.

illegal mate sorry, your asking for a pull and possibly some problems of the police if your ignorant to them too when you get pulled for them. your best bets taking them out if you dont want bother

They're probably for show cars or something.

u mite as well keep em in..not very often u use sidelights reli..but if u keep em in just turn em on at meets etc wen ur parked up.
