clifford alarm with neons??

hey i got an amazing idea lol see what you guys think.
i want to get clifford or thatcham or someone to hook me up with a key fob for the central locking, and you know how most cars indicators flash when they use the fob to lock or unlock the car? well i was thinking they could hook one up to my undercar neons so they flash every time i lock or unlock the car. i think that would be awesome! do you think this would be possible? and by the way does anybody know how much it costs to get a key fob for central locking + an alarm?
