my spoiler came today (GSI)

its supposed to be red but its really bady faded its really light red/orange

ive t-cutted it about 15 times so far and it hasnt changed

i was wondering is there anythink i can do or do i need to respray it?

u should have only t-cut it once or twice then used a high quality wax/polish and really worked it into the paint surface to help restore the colour. i doubt theres much red left now after 15 t-cuts lol. i imagine u could get it sprayed for like £20 - £30 anyways. Only cost me £40 for a wing...and spoiler is much smaller. Just depends on how sprayers there are in ur area i guess.

Are you using the red pigmant T-cut or just the normal original tack? As said you reallt on need a couple of goes with that stuff and it takes all the poo off bringing back the original colour.

ive sanded it down just waiting on local car shop to restock the colour now

especialy where the paint faded it brought it up really nice, takes some doing but alot less doing that manualy doing it lol

after ive painted it on friday and let it dry to fit to my car or do i have to laqure it?
