hot water, bug and tar remover and a scrap credit card or milk bottle.....then lots of patience and elbow grease when scrubbing with tar remover and kitchen sponge.

when doing the boot, after I'd finished, it felt like I'd pleasured a thousand dirty old men.
My arm was killing. I don't think I'd be able to do one bumpstrip in a day, lol. Let alone two!

just finished doing the passenger side and the rear panel strip on driver side. was pretty easy really just kept dowsing the glue with boiling water straight from the kettle on a kitchen sponge. then scrub scrub scrub. My arm was kanin from it but it looks much better. it much easier with a new soft non scratch pan scourer, but once it bogged up with glue starts to get difficult. i used two so far and will use a 3rd tommorow but they only cheap.

boiling water straight from kettle? I was afraid to try that in case it damaged the paintwork.
I did use hot water but not boiling.
