Back to my topic I was wondering how hard it is to fit lowering springs and is it any harder to do the dampers aswell.

Re: How hard to lower?
isnt hard if you have the right tools,
rear suspention is sligtly easier as you dont need spring clamps
im currently writing a guide on how to do the suspention so watch this space!
