Replacing rear springs

Hi any 1 tell me how easy it is to replace the rear springs, i've heard they just pull out when jacked up.......true or false, any one got step by step guide........cheers.

they do just remove when jacked up however you will ahve to remove the damper first or they wont come down low enough to remove the spring
i currently am doing a guide for this as i done a guide for the front ones, il have it up soon
